Refund Policy

Our goal is your success. If our courses don't meet your expectations, we've outlined how we handle refunds below.

1. Refund Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your learning journey. At Learn Tamil with Siwakumar (ITLD), we offer a transparent refund policy for our courses under specific conditions.

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the course start date.
  • To be eligible, users must not have completed more than 20% of the course content.
  • Demonstration of technical issues that we were unable to resolve within 48 hours.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items and situations are exempt from being refunded to maintain the integrity of our digital content and services.

  • Any course material already downloaded or accessed beyond the 20% limit.
  • One-on-one coaching sessions that have already been scheduled or completed.
  • Promotional or discounted course bundles unless otherwise specified.
  • Subscription fees after the initial 7-day trial/grace period.

3. Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps to ensure your request is processed as quickly as possible:

  • Email our support team at support@itld.lk with your order number.
  • Provide a clear reason for the refund request and any supporting screenshots if applicable.
  • Our team will review your request and get back to you within 3-5 business days.

4. Processing Timeline

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated from our end.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

6. Course Access Post-Refund

Upon approval and processing of a refund, your access to the course materials, community forums, and any associated digital assets will be immediately revoked.
